Mtre Cristina Bindac, Notary and Legal Advisor
Holder of a master's degree in notarial law from the University of Sherbrooke since 2018 and a member of the Chambre des Notaires du Québec since 1st May 2019, Mtre Cristina Bindac is known for her thoroughness, her humane nature and her dynamism in the management of the various files entrusted to her. Confident that she can build a loyal client base and serve them with great professionalism, she first started her practice in Laval, where she mainly handled cases in the fields of property and family law as well as the purchase and sale of businesses.
Empathetic, always available and attentive to her client's needs, Mtre Cristina Bindac decided to relocate her notary practice to Sherbrooke in 2021, where she continues to serve her clients with excellence, whether in person in her offices or remotely, thanks in particular to the electronic signature of notarized deeds.
Mtre Bindac wishes to further her professional career by specializing in family law, a course of action that has been completed with her accreditation in non-contentious proceedings since 19 December 2022.
Amine Aarkoub, Collaborator
With more than 10 years of experience in banking and finance, Mr. Aarkoub is specialized in property law and is in charge of the operational management of Mtre Cristina Bindac's firm.
His experience with the Royal Bank of Canada has provided him with significant knowledge of mortgages, which he uses extensively in the real estate field. His experience at Sun Life Financial in operations management makes him a talented contributor to the smooth running of the firm's operations.
Juan CANALES, Paralegal
Mr. Canales joined our team as a paralegal with more than 15 years of experience in the Quebec Ministry of Justice, he has developed solid expertise as a paralegal in the public service. His career has allowed him to acquire an in-depth knowledge of judicial processes, particularly in the civil registry of the Montreal courthouse.
During his professional career, Mr. Canales has distinguished himself with his team spirit and a sense of customer service. His professionalism led him to be appointed coordinator and team leader of the judgments department at the Montreal courthouse, where he consolidated his skills in supervision, collaboration and organization in a highly structured environment.
Accustomed to collaborating within multidisciplinary teams, he attaches particular importance to communication, cohesion and rigor in the management of each mandate. His objective is to ensure reliable, accurate and harmonious support in order to offer our clients a high quality notarial service.
